Joël, with over 20 years of experience in the services industry, joined SMI in 2005 as a Key Account Manager, before moving into the position of Global Account Manager with responsibility for several of SMI’s multi-country accounts, spread across more than 20 countries and globally representing more than 3.5 million square feet.
Following his promotion to Operations Director in 2009, he is ultimately accountable for service delivery quality and performance, supply chain rationalisation, cost analysis and control, the harmonisation of standards and the co-ordination of activities across all our global accounts.
