Joel brings 19 years of experience in the services industry to SMI. Joining us in 2005 as Key Account Manager for our France HP account he then moved into the position of Global Key Account manager with responsibility for the Sun, Motorola and CA accounts which are spread across more than 20 countries and 3.5 million square feet.
Recently promoted to Operations Director of SMI, he currently focuses on the service delivery quality, supply chain rationalisation, cost analysis and co-ordination of activities across all our global accounts.
