A highly experienced professional with 17 years in the international facilities management industry, Owen joined MITIE and Service Management International as Business Development Director in 2010, after spending 10 years at Jones Lang LaSalle in a variety of roles, including Regional Facilities Manager, Call Centre Manager, Strategic Sourcing Manager and IFM Business Development Director.
As Business Development Director, he is responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving these projects to contract award and mobilisation. Key competencies include solution design and development, bid writing, bid programme management, pricing and estimating, presenting value propositions to clients and developing master service agreements.
